I am not to fond of any of these manufacturers, if I had to pick one it would Asus which is actually pretty good. Your best bet is to go with a Toshiba, Dell, Sony & yes Samsung is good. Asus is more known for their motherboards than their laptops, but the Asus netbook is one of the best you can get, in my opinion.
