They do NOT have pentium class processors, they do NOT have video cards. They have ultra small form factor keyboard and ultra small screens. They are NOT meant to be a replacement for a notebook computer, they are an ultra portable tool for people who use it to remote in to real computers or to synch to real computers or whose needs are not great enough where they need a notebook or desktop. I LOVE my netbook, I'm using it right now, but I has MANY limitations and there's no way to consider it even close to the capabilities of a notebook. Just buy an external dvd drive if you want to install programs. Of course, a netbook is not really good enough to watch movies on. Netbooks do NOT have dvd drives, that’s part of their design spec.
