Are there any netbooks in UK stores that have DVD drives built in?
I cannot find any even though my friend has one. And if no, then is there aby possibility to buy a netbook without the DVD drive and build one in to the netbook? Thanks.

Netbooks don’t have room for a DVD drive.
Get a External USB DVD drive

Netbooks do NOT have dvd drives, that’s part of their design spec. They do NOT have pentium class processors, they do NOT have video cards. They have ultra small form factor keyboard and ultra small screens.
They are NOT meant to be a replacement for a notebook computer, they are an ultra portable tool for people who use it to remote in to real computers or to synch to real computers or whose needs are not great enough where they need a notebook or desktop.
I LOVE my netbook, I’m using it right now, but I has MANY limitations and there’s no way to consider it even close to the capabilities of a notebook.
Just buy an external dvd drive if you want to install programs. Of course, a netbook is not really good enough to watch movies on.
