HP delivers a Tablet PC and a mini-notebook for professionals

HP renews its range of notebooks aimed at professionals, announcing two new models of its laptops EliteBook series of small, easily transportable by mobile workers.
The HP EliteBook 2740p, though it’s primarily an ultra-thin notebook PC, can also act, if necessary, Tablet PC touch screen with its multi-touch anti-glare 12.1-inch for weight of 1.72 kg.
Supplied with Windows 7, laptop-tablet is powered by an Intel Core i5 520M and incorporates Hyper-Threading, which allows each to be treated hearts simultaneous data in two files (thread), as well as technology Turbo Boost, which offers modulate the performance of the processor depending on the needs of the user. To achieve this, the chip is capable of increasing the clock frequency of one or more of the heart.

The HP EliteBook 2740p and 2540 p are certified by the standard 810G Military Standard (MIL-STD-810G), created by the U.S. Army to test the reliability of the products it intends to use.
For example, HP says its new notebooks are resistant to use in wet conditions, shock, vibration and temperature extremes.
