i suggest Windows users use orca memory scanner it tells you how many ram slots you have and how much ram is in each slot
and you don’t have to install it

get a philips head schewdriver which looks like a cross or a plus symbol not a flat head if u have any other question

ha22ru, I haven’t checked, but try Edgetech. I just got mine in the mail, and I’m upgrading on a presario 2500 so i can watch videos quicker. So, they might have your F500 series.
