Sony introduced the Vaio P, a NETBOOK 8 “638 grams

While netBook experiencing phenomenal success for over a year now, thanks to their low price (between 200 and 400 €), but their small size and light weight (between 0.9 and 1.2 kg) Sony has unveiled at CES in Las Vegas laptop 8 “the lightest in the world according to him, since it weighs just over 638 grams with a DSS, and a few tens of grams with an additional hard drive.

All models include a SATA hard disk 60 GB (4200 rpm), except the high-end model features a 128 GB SSD
The first prize is € 998.99 inc sold in France ($ 899.99 in the U.S., look for the error), with a self-announced 2:45. The above two models, namely those in 1099 and € 1498.99 € TTC, respectively offer a range of 8:10 and 8:25, thanks to an extra battery available from 5:25. Both models are accompanied by Windows Vista Business SP1, unlike € 998.99 models with Vista Home.
Available mid-February in France, the Sony Vaio P measuring 24.5 cm long, 12 cm wide and 1.95 cm thick. 4 color screen are offered (the keyboard is always white): black for the three models, and green, red and white for the standard model.
