Sony Ericsson launches TM506 in the U.S. with T-Mobile
Sony Ericsson launches its first mobile phone network with 3G AWS (Advanced Wireless Services, also known as AWS-1) in the United States.
This type of frequency used by mobile devices for voice services, video, messaging and other services for data transfer, is used in the U.S. and amounts to ‘our’ network of third-generation HSDPA, allowing for fast downloads (3 , 6 or 7.2 Mbps) when you are logged on the Internet.
Sony Ericsson TM506 (see photo at left, displays the data sheet of new Sony Ericsson TM506) is a cell whose marketing is expected by September only in the American market, exclusively with the operator T-Mobile USA. Sony Ericsson thus could reach 31 million potential new customers.
TM506, available in versions Amber Emerald green and glossy finishes with color Ebony, has a dual display.
