Olympus E-30: first prices

The aircraft arguments: a viewfinder correct, a directional screen for live view, a careful construction (though no protection all-time), a gust to 5 frames per second, the autofocus system of semi-professional E-3 … and some options for amateurs: scenes, images etc. styles.
He had also, during his announcement, one flaw: a basic rate to 1299 euros, which we hoped would quickly fall – the announced competitors in this device under the 1000 Euros.
The first arrivals for pre-orders are unfortunately not placed under the sign of economies. Indeed, a handful of euros near the advertised rates are directly aligned with those provided by Olympus. The options that seem most interesting are buying naked, for those who are already equipped with objectives (which have an E-500 and want to move to a higher level, for example), more than 1250 euros, and supply kit with the new goal Zuiko 14-54 mm to around 1,800 euros …
Admittedly, this is a priori an upgrade of a model already acclaimed. But the kit will provide real performance out of the ordinary to justify a deviation from all Nikon D90 + 18-105 mm VR, originally announced in 1150 and now located euros a hundred euros lower.
Next step: in the second half of January, the actual arrival of the aircraft. It will directly face the competition and, hopefully, live a few price adjustments depending on the host will be reserved.
