AMD dual-core Athlon Neo
Neo AMD Athlon family arrived a few weeks at CES, which is still very young. However we have an interesting novelty: AMD is already developing dual-core Neo under the nickname of ‘Congo’.
The AMD dual-core Neo logically be stronger than the versions mononúcleo, but will be slightly more expensive and generate more heat (of course) offer similar data from energy consumption. However, the feature that can attract the most attention is that could mount a dedicated ATi 4330, which themselves represent significant differences in terms of graphics power is concerned.
According to AMD, the Athlon X2 Neo will be implemented in laptops with prices starting at 600 euros, a price between an ultraportable laptop and a range of medium-high. May be interesting for those looking for something cheap but with decent size, larger than those of the ultra, and with a power far more normal.
