The Samsung NC10 has risen to the top of our list of favorites netBook-first on the market in October 2008 despite strong competition, Samsung has remained at the top of the stack with the new N110. Although this NETBOOK internal organs are the same as its predecessor, including a 1.6-GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM, Windows XP Home, and a 160GB hard drive, Samsung has increased the sensitivity and the increase in the six cell battery to give this $ 469 NETBOOK along 7 hours of runtime. Add a keyboard in the classroom, and you must beat the NETBOOK.
Modified design
When you look at the Samsung NC10, I did not find the flashiest NETBOOK. While the N110 is not a radical renovation, the second replaced the lid of a glossy black surface, but it seems fine and is a magnet for fingerprints. The system also has a softer appearance with rounded edges on the palm rests. The burgundy trim along the bottom edge of the chassis has the style of other signs Samsung notebooks, the R610, and offers a professional appearance.
The N110 is the same size and weight than its predecessor. Measuring 10.3 x 7.3 x 1.2 inches and weighs 2.8 pounds (even with the increased capacity battery of six cells), the N110 is slightly wider and thicker than HP Mini 2140, but thinner and lighter than 3.2 pounds of the ASUS Eee PC 1000HE. When it appeared the N110 (if applicable, including estimates) and its AC adapter into a bag, the journey of 3.4 pounds of weight is not placed on our shoulders. (more…)
